Every year, there is a Medieval Christmas market in Esslingen. They really go all out to make it as it was hundreds of years ago.

Finally back to updating the blog!!!

After a long time off, just now jumping back into the blogosphere. Haven't updated since July, so there is a lot of stuff from the end of July until now. Our blog is now public, so you can subscribe and see any new updates.

After our trip to Bass Lake and Yosemite, we returned to AZ to spend another week there. We all had a great time, until Tina caught a bad cold, and Matt had a tooth ache. For these reasons, Tina and the boys stayed an extra week, but I had to return to work, so left as scheduled.

Yosemite - a wonder of nature

Although Yosemite National Park is only 1 hour away from Bass Lake, where my family has gone every year for 50 years, I had never visited it before now, due to the windy roads and my tendency to get sick as a passenger in the car. It is truly a place that everyone should visit in their life, and so we decided to go this year. It is truly awe-inspiring and amazing to see the power of nature.
