Every year, Tim's family (on his mother's side) gets together for a reunion. The family started coming up to the lake from the LA area in 1958, making this year the 50th Anniversary. The first few years, the family camped out next to the lake, but then they began renting cabins close to the lake.

We all had a great time once again this year.

Trip back to the USA

We made a trip back to the States to go to Bass Lake and also hang out with the family in AZ. Getting to the states was quite an adventure in itself - we had two overnight layovers - one in Amsterdam, and one in Houston, Texas. Fortunately, our flight across the pond was upgraded to business class, but we would have much rather saved the two days of vacation that we lost.

Josh lost his first tooth in Houston. It was quite the ordeal. The tooth fairy caught up with him after a few days...
